If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please inform us and we will provide after-sales support within 24 hours to address your concerns. We are willing to accept returns or exchanges, but before proceeding, we would like to understand the specific issues you have encountered.
Product Warranty
If you receive one or more products with quality issues within the warranty period, you are eligible to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns must be initiated after obtaining Return Merchandise Authorization.

Our Warranty Procedures:
- Contact First Please: Here is contact method by humblepleb@outlook.com. When contacting us with your claim, please also send videos or photos that demonstrate the issue.
- Response in 2 days: We will contact you for more detailed information or provide a response within 2 working day.
- Warranty for 30 days: The warranty period starts on the day the item is delivered to you, lasting for 30 days. Beyond this initial warranty, our website offers a perpetual maintenance service to support the longevity of your product.
- Process Refund in 2 days: When we get the return product or confirm that refund conditions are met, we will proceed the refund within 2 working days. Then please wait for the bank to process the refund.
Note:
- Please inspect the quality of all items within 30 days of receiving them. If there are any quality issues, please contact us immediately.
